What does Coaching for Profit include?
One-on-one coaching, hand and database review, a private community, and plenty of strategy calls with experts. SWEETPOKER invests in your development in exchange for a share of your future profit so that our incentives are aligned with yours.
What do you look for in an applicant?
We look at the whole picture: your current game, results, volume, study habits, circumstances, and room to grow. A person reviews every application.
Can I apply if I play another game or format?
Our current program is built for online NLHE cash. If you mainly play PLO, tournaments, live poker, or another format, you can use our short case-by-case interest form. We cannot promise an opportunity or a response, but we would still like to understand your situation. This may shape future programs.
What happens after I apply?
You will receive a confirmation email, and a person on the SWEETPOKER team will review what you submitted. If we think there may be a fit, we will contact you directly about the next conversation. We may take some time, depending on volume, but we will also let you know if you’re not a fit, assuming you apply to the online NLHE form.
How long will the review take?
We hope to be faster, but please allow up to two and a half weeks for us to review your application.
Is this a course?
No. There will be shared resources and plenty of group study, but we believe the highest-level progress is unlocked when we customize it to you.
How long is the commitment if I’m chosen?
Our standard agreement will cover 800,000 hands. We generally expect players to average around 35,000 hands per month and play at least 400,000 hands per year. We may adjust those expectations in specific cases—for example, for players already competing at NL2K or higher, where game availability naturally limits volume.
Do I need to be available in a particular time zone?
No single time zone is required. Tell us your location and availability in the application so we can consider scheduling fit as part of the full picture.
